The following was the description of the terms and conditions provided by Kingswell Investments, Inc. to our customers. You must read, agree and accept the terms and conditions of our client agreement, included those listed below and shown in the attachment, without any modification. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. This terms and conditions will become effective after registration for new registrant. For other users, the terms and conditions will become effective after they received our email.

You agree Kingswell will not be liable for any such loss which is due to governmental or regulatory restrictions, hardware or software failure, damage or destroy, or any delayed, disrupted, loss due to any communication, hardware or software failure, or mismanagement, or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.

Both parties will not be liable for not completely fulfills or not correctly fulfills the terms and conditions after the agreement was signed if it is due to unforeseeable or unpreventable situation (natural disasters, wars, terrorism, etc.)

Users agree to follow the transaction rules in this client agreement and the correlated appendix. The transaction rules are subject to change according to the change of the market environment. We will notify you of the amendments to these transaction rules by posting them to this website.

Users must transfer deposite to our designate account before using our services. The amount of deposit was decided by us according to your appointed transaction rule.

When the balance of the open position of the trading falls below an agreed level, ( risk rate ) the electronic system of the company. will mandatory liquidate all outstanding open positions.

You can apply for withdraw the amount of your account via telephone or fax. We will transfer the amount to your account in the next day of receiving your request.

You agree to comply with other subsidiary terms, include our Disclaimer. Both sides can terminate the agreement by informing opposite party by the written form any time.

You have to pay the amount with our comission or we will return the amount of your account to you after the termination of the agreement.
